The key you just pressed is not recognized by SDL. To help get this fixed,
please report this to the SDL mailing list X11 KeyCode 0 (-Cool,
X11 KeySym 0x0 ((null)).

That shows up in any SDL2 program when I press the backtick/tilde key. My
keyboard layout is US International w/ dead keys.
