Development libs download for MinGW has wrong files

It seems the development library download on libsdl.org has files for 2.0.3 instead. Dates for all other files than the license etc. text files are from 2014. The files for VC seem to be up to date.

I noticed this too and posted on the forums some time ago. Didn't really get a response. After looking at it again I realized that the right version is included, but for some reason there are old header there too in a separate location.

The correct includes are there under the i686-w64-mingw32/include and x86_64-w64-mingw32/include dirs.
